Description
East Midlands Chamber is a Proud Founding Signatory of the *Fair Chance Charter and a member of **The Fair Chance Business Alliance (FCBA).

Together we believe the UK has a unique opportunity to lead the world in inclusive recruitment and creating social value.

By 2028, the talent pool of individuals with criminal records will reach 10 million, the size of Greater London and already represents 1-in-4 working age adults.

Accessing this waiting workforce isn't just a social good; it is a necessity for economic growth, generational social mobility, business sustainability and reducing reoffending.
Overview
We invite you to join us for the launch of Unite 1K: Changing Business for Good, a bold campaign to mobilise at least 1,000 employers to adopt the Fair Chance Charter.
Outcome
To learn how this collaboration of purpose will be good for communities and great for business; as well as how your organisation can become involved in innovating inclusion.

When businesses create Fair Chances for people with records, they strengthen their own organisations, their communities, and the economy.
