In 2025, the UK Government and the EU adopted a joint statement which outlines a new strategic partnership between both parties, building on the UK-EU Withdrawal Agreement and the Trade and Cooperation Agreement. Some areas may be implemented ahead of, or without the need for, new formal agreements.

Eligibility:

This workshop is open to established enterprises located in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

Receipt of this support is subject to the Subsidy Control Act (2022). To qualify an enterprise cannot have received more than £315,000 Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) and or De Minimis within any three-year period.

The project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
