The Chamber offers a comprehensive package of benefits to all members of staff. Each contract of employment will confirm the specific remuneration package relative to the role, position, term of contract, and whether it is a full or part-time role.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
As a Chamber we support a Charity every year, and actively support staff getting involved in this type of activity - and allow up to two days Charity/CSR days.
The Chamber is fully supportive of employees pursuing their personal development, and study leave can be requested.
Employee Social Events
A number of events are organised annually, and staff are invited to participate and come along whenever possible and practical to do so.
Periodically, exclusive or special incentives/discounts will be made available to Chamber staff from Chamber members and other stakeholders known to the company.
Performance related pay
Commission is payable for sales roles within the Membership team.
Each year through the appraisal process there may be a % increase relating to performance, based on the organisations overall performance against budget.
