We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administration Apprentice to join our existing team to help support the growth of the business.
· Answer telephone calls and contacting customers about their orders and enquiries
· Liaise with the sales team and assist on all company business, customer issues and contracts.
· Maintain & Update our Sales and Marketing records daily.
· Stay up-to-date on our products/services/solutions suite and marketing literature
· Cold calling new Prospects to generate sales enquiries and appointments
· Perform other administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of a busy office environment
· Full Training will be provided.
· Excellent communication and telephone skills.
· GCSE in Maths & English (4-9)
· A high level of professionalism and persistent attitude
· A working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
· Ability to quickly learn systems and services we provide
· Ability to schedule own workload, prioritising to meet business needs.
· Desire to work towards an academic qualification.
· Ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive and organised.
It is essential you are well organised, good at time management, having the ability to work in a team and be a strong communicator.
