Chamber welcomes Growth Partners as new patron

Growth Partners has become the latest patron of the Chamber.

With offices in Leicester’s premier business location, Growth Partners PLC provides a versatile suite of employee engagement services to enhance the performance of UK businesses.

No matter the size or industry sector, Growth Partners enhances the potential of its corporate clients. Working closely with both business owners and consultants, its bespoke platform of services is tailored to the needs of each client, focusing on building proactive workplace environments conducive to success.

Offering market-leading industry expertise and practical employee support (an online GP, emotional counselling, a vast discounts scheme and much more), Growth Partners has built an easily accessible support network for employers to boost their staff wellbeing, morale and, ultimately, their engagement levels in their working roles.

It handles the full range of HR and administrative duties that employers need, supporting businesses with payroll, pensions, employment law – even offering legal representation – and more. The firm’s agenda is not simply to support client businesses but to provide the means to help them to thrive.

Chamber patrons include organisations that want to take an influential and prominent role in the local business community and share the values that drive the Chamber forward.

Chamber Chief Executive Scott Knowles said: “I am delighted to welcome Growth Partners into patronage. Chamber patrons are a powerful force in influencing policy, driving economic growth and development and equipping smaller businesses with the knowledge and skills that are vital to their future.

“Growth Partners will bring to the Chamber skills and expertise to complement those of the other patrons to evolve something which is, together, greater than the sum of its parts.”

Paul Bresnihan, CEO at Growth Partners, said: “East Midlands Chamber has been a great asset to local businesses over the years and we are delighted to be joining.

“It’s an exciting time for our particular industry, and we’re very much looking forward to the opportunity to support and develop what we know to be a fantastic network of East Midlands enterprises.

“As patrons, we’re keen to do our bit for the community, and are positive our GrowthPro service will be of great interest to both SMEs and larger corporations looking to better the quality of employment given to their workers, as well as those seeking to enhance the efficiency of their overall HR performance.”

The Chamber has 27 patrons, including Nottingham Forest Football Club, PKF Cooper Parry, QDOS, The Money Shop, Toyota Manufacturing UK, Westfield Health and Wilko.
