Age UK Nottingham & Nottinghamshire supports over 40,000 older and/or vulnerable people each year. We help individuals during difficulties relating to finances, care, inequality, health, wellbeing and loneliness. Last year we secured almost £4m in benefits entitlements, plus provided specialist dementia care, supported hospital patients, improved home safety and reduced loneliness.
