We train community care assistants to deliver care to clients in their own homes, reducing the need for hospital admissions. We assist clients with personal care, medication administration, and of life care and social care. Our clients are aged 18 onwards. Many of our clients have dementia & require specialist care. As legally required we are Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered company
