The Chamber’s virtual office service can provide the alternative professional image for your business, at competitive rates, which are charged monthly with flexible terms.

We understand that, sometimes, small businesses' cash flow can fluctuate, which is why our virtual office terms can be flexible to suit your ever-changing needs and circumstances. We typically require only three months’ payment in advance with no annual contract, and just one months' notice to terminate the service, with no hidden costs for off-boarding.

There are many benefits to using our virtual office service, including:

  • Use of Chamber meeting rooms (pre-booking required)
  • Mail and small parcel handling
  • Administrative support (copying, printing, scanning)
  • Mail forwarding

Options Available

Mail Handling/Forwarding

The Standard service provides you with a dedicated mailbox where mail can be received for up to two company names using the East Midlands Chamber as your correspondence address, (please note we are unable to provide this address as your registered office address). All received mail can be held for your collection or forwarded to you on a twice weekly basis. Please note that all mail is forwarded second class unless alternative arrangements are made.

Standard Package: Tenant to collect mail. £18+VAT per calendar month.

Standard Plus: Mail forwarded twice per week. £25+VAT per calendar month.

Virtual Tenancy

This enhanced service, which can be accessed for just £55+VAT per calendar month, offers virtual office tenancy at one of the Chamber's main offices and will give you:

  • A professional business address located in either Chesterfield, Derby, Nottingham or Leicester
  • Option to direct up to two company names to that address
  • The use of Chamber meeting rooms (pre-booking required)
  • Mail and small parcel handling
  • Administrative support (copying, printing, and scanning)

  • Discounts on the use of our Conference room hire, this is free of charge for 1 hour per month to tenants who have chosen the enhanced package
  • Shared workspace area upon availability
