Description

Do you have increasing demands to demonstrate your low carbon or sustainability credentials, but how can you best get your colleagues and stakeholders onboard? Climate science can be complicated, dry and maybe even boring until you add the #bananasgame.

Overview

Join seasoned trainer, researcher and sustainability expert – Dr Emma Fieldhouse – for a unique and interactive introduction to all things climate and carbon footprinting.

Emma specialises in gamified learning and brings a truly novel approach to this otherwise complicated topic, focusing attention via the #bananasgame based on the best-selling popular science book ‘How Bad are Bananas?’ by Professor Mike Berners-Lee.

You will leave having developed your carbon instinct and with greater clarity, along with a science-backed approach for how best to engage stakeholders with this vital agenda. Bring a smart device alongside your laptop, so you can fully engage with this eye-opening excursion into the world of carbon footprints.
