The EUDR (European Deforestation Regulations) comes into force December 2025 for export/import to the EU of multiple commodities (and their derivatives) including wood, rubber, soy and more.
There is no exemption for small companies.
If you export to (or import into) the EU you need to ensure compliance with the EUDR.
