This year’s Tribunal will be covering constructive unfair dismissal and sexual harassment in the work place.

The mock tribunal will deal with a claim for constructive dismissal and sexual harassment in the work place where the employee felt forced to resign from their employment as a result of sexual harassment, raising grievances the employee felt were not properly dealt with and the subsequent employment tribunal claim.
There will be focus on the new rules coming into force in October 2024 and the duties on employers to take reasonable steps to stop sexual harassment in the workplace as well as ensuring best practice when dealing with grievances.
