The Missing Piece in Reasonable Adjustments: Building Health in Practice

Most organisations know they have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments for employees with physical and mental health conditions, but far fewer realise how much the building itself can help or hinder that responsibility. This webinar explores how the foundations of building health - including thermal comfort, air quality, natural light, noise and movement - can be used as practical tools to support compliance and improve everyday working conditions.

It will also touch on BS40102 and what this means in practice for HR and facilities teams, particularly in smaller organisations where responsibilities are often shared and resources are limited. The focus is on how getting the basics of the building right can reduce pressure on managers and individual adjustments and highlight opportunities many organisations are currently missing.
