It is designed to help businesses understand how trading arrangements have changed post-Brexit and what is now required to trade compliantly and cost-effectively with EU customers and suppliers.

• Key risks and responsibilities
• Changes affecting DDP shipments via France
• A brief overview of Commodity Codes and why they matter
• The UK–EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA)
• Rules of Origin and how they can be used to reduce or eliminate duty
Outcome
This is an interactive and practical course designed to give you a clear understanding of the requirements for trading with the EU today. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss real-world scenarios relevant to your business.

Exporter Services was established in 2010 by Sue Wright. Initially Sue delivered training in several areas of International Trade for Chambers of Commerce. The business model was to expand from Training to offer assist exporters and importers with issues that they may have. This included offering a Helpdesk Service, preparing and presenting documents for Letters of Credit and offering a full Shipping Department service for SME’s.
The business is successful and well established today with a team of 15 employees. Training has expanded to have 4 trainers and the operations side of the business continues to grow.
