Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Local Skills Improvement Plan

Businesses across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland are being encouraged to help shape the future workforce through the 2026–2029 Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP).

Developed through extensive consultation with employers, education providers and regional stakeholders, the plan aims to ensure local skills provision reflects the needs of a rapidly changing economy. Employer insight will help colleges, universities and training providers deliver the skills, training and talent businesses need to grow.
