This one-day course deals with automation and productivity features. It includes such areas as conditional formatting, validation and consolidation methods, data analysis tools such as pivot tables and data summarising.

• Statistical Functions (COUNT, COUNTA, COUNTBLANK, COUNTIF, MODE, MEDIAN, LARGE and SMALL)

• Creating and using Macros
On completion of this course you should be able to analyse and present your data visually, use advanced filtering techniques, validate and consolidate data; analyse your data using data summarising and pivot tables, use ‘what-if’ tools and automate repetitive tasks.
This course is for those who are familiar with, and have a good understanding of Excel. Those who use it regularly and write their own basic formulas. This is a “packed” course and due to the level of content, not all topics may be covered (to be agreed during training).
